It came time for us to look for a new used vehicle and with 3 kids, my husband and I needed something reliable. Something we can have confidence in taking on vacations and putting some km on. After searching online and becoming overwhelmed at all the possibilities and trying to find the best within our budget . After getting my hopes up on several different cars only to find out they were in an accident or some other deal breaker . We finally stumbled on a Honda pilot that Hemi auto sales had for sale . We dealt with Fawzee and he made the experience so stress-free . He is a very honest and generous man with a big heart and a skilled machanic . In a world where you struggle to trust people. You come across a Fawzee and you realize there are still good honest people in this world . He certified for free. He gave us a set of used but good winter tires . He undercoated and changed transmission fluid and oil change for us, Did the brakes and although there was no more room to come down in the price, he gave us free labour on a timing belt and water pump install . This was the best experience and I wish I didn't live 2 hours away or he would be my main machanic . I highly recommend this shop for machanical issues and for purchasing a vehicle . They also price right and aren't out to screw people over to gain a buck . Just an honest guy and an honest business. A real answer to my prayers .

I was in desperate need of a new truck and found one from these guys on the net. After contacting Fawzee and explaining my situation ( i was coming from 2hrs away) he assured me that not only would he hold the truck for me but also he would certify it for me if I choose to purchase it once I took it for a test drive. Not only was a happy with the truck he was true to his word and put new front brakes on for safety when they were only about 50% worn he also changed the oil and filter and greased the truck for me at no extra charge. I was allowed to inspect the vehicle as well when it was on the hoist. Very friendly and awesome mechanic. I even had the pleasure of meeting the previous owner as I was there. All and all my somewhat hesitant experience of buying a vehicle that far away and from someone I had never heard about turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Not only was Fawzee true to his word he also went above and beyond in order to close the deal, even giving me a break on asking price!
